To obtain an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) to return parts only, REMEMBER WE DO NOT ACCEPT BIKES FOR REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, simply call one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-601-5450 or email us at sales@bestpocketbike.com. Once you have obtained the number, you must clearly display it on the exterior of the package you are returning and ship the the part back to:

Any unauthorized parts returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned parts. All bikes sold "As Is".
